            appropriation ($500,000) for the relocation of the
            Measurement Standards Program, and the
            construction of a new building to accomondate said
            program and the Commodities programs due to the

S.B. 2750   MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR THE      EDU, WAM
            DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL SERVICES,
            INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES DIVISION
            Appropriates $800,000 in emergency funding for the

S.B. 2755   MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR THE      JDC, WAM
SD1         ASBESTOS PROPERTY DAMAGE LITIGATION
            Appropriates emergency funds ($2,100,000) for the
            continuation/conclusion of the asbestos property
            damage litigation in fiscal year 1999-2000.

SD1         STATE'S MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED

            MENTALLY RETARDED PROGRAM
            Appropriates emergency funds ($367,268) to meet

S.B. 2892   RELATING TO THE CORRECTION OF THE APPLICABLE   HHS, WAM
            FISCAL YEAR FOR THE APPROPRIATION TO BE EXPENDED
            BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN SECTION 6 OF ACT
            304, SESSION LAWS OF HAWAII 1999
            Corrects the fiscal year reference in section 6 or
            Act 304, SLH 1999, to permit the appropriation of
            moneys from the Hawai'i Tobacco Settlement Special
            Fund to the Department of Health for fiscal year

S.B. 2530   RELATING TO AGRICULTURE                        ECD, WAM
            Authorizes the issuance of $10,000,000 in special
            purpose revenue bonds for Hawaii Gold Cacao Tree.

            Makes an appropriation for crime victims.

            payment of compensation fee to be deposited into
            the crime victim compensation special fund.

            PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR
            Appropriates funds for the payment of settlements
            entered into by the University of Hawaii.
